I will act as your liaison with the winery each step of the way and personally ensure all your needs are met. I will assist with the coordination of all vendors you have selected the day of your wedding.

WEDDING
PACKAGES
All packages include set up and use of tent appropriate to guest package and set up and use of kitchen facility day of the event.
SYLVESTER PACKAGE
- Day of Wedding Facilitator
- Use of outdoor venue for up to 6 hours until 10 pm
- Access to venue the day before the event for rehearsal up to 1 hour (10 am - 5 pm)
- Set up and use of tables and chairs
- Tables for gifts, cake cutting, and guest book
- Portable restrooms set up on site
- Use of train cars for pictures
- Set up and clean up of Wine Park
- One winery employee per 100 guests to assist with beverage service (does not include gratuity)
- Access to Winery’s preferred vendors list upon booking
- 10% off retail price of all wine selected (additional 25% for FLOCK Members)
KIARA PACKAGE
Items included in Sylvester Package plus:
- Access to venue the day before for rehearsal up to 2 hours (10 am - 5 pm)
- Use and setup of rope lighting
- 15% off retail price of all wine selected (additional 25% for FLOCK Members)
LE VIGNE PACKAGE
Items included in Sylvester and Kiara Packages plus:
- Use of outdoor venue for up to 8 hours until 10 pm
- Access to venue the day before the event for rehearsal and dinner up to 4 hours (10 am - 5 pm)
- Use of BBQ for rehearsal dinner
- Use and set up of all lighting
- Canopy Heaters (propane included)
- White Wedding Arch
- Coffee Service
- Includes case of Sparkling White Wine

Sylvester Vineyards and Winery offers our entire selection of wines, beer**, and non alcoholic selection of beverages.The Sylvester Label is a collection of easily approachable wines that exhibit fruit forward characteristics.Kiara is our premium selection of varietal wines that are fruit forward and medium to full bodied. Le Vigne di Domenico is the pinnacle of our production. Only limited quantities of our most intense and complex wines are selected to be bottled for this label.
